National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is hiring a Driver in Greensboro, NC. Walk-in interviews take place Oct 13–16, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM at 8416 Triad Drive. No appointment needed. On-the-spot interviews and the chance to join a fast-growing team.

Deliver to Dunkin’ franchise stores and production kitchens, with 100% touch freight. Pay starts at $35.68/hour; top earners exceed $90k/year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record; 6 months min experience (1 year preferred).
• DOT Medical Certification Card and pass DOT pre-employment requirements.
• Dependable attendance and a great customer service attitude.
• Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission (if applicable).
• Ability to operate a lift gate and refrigeration unit.
• 100% touch freight in food and beverage distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a tractor trailer to destinations as assigned.
• Conducts pre-trip inspection to ensure vehicle safety.
• Ensures delivery paperwork is in order before departure.
• Prepares and provides delivery documentation.
• Unloads cargo using hand truck and pallet jack safely.
• Scans product labels and reports shorts or damages.
• Maintains travel and product logs per regulations.
• Communicates delays to NDCP team as needed.
• Maintains clean truck interior and removes trash from deliveries.
• Performs post-trip inspection and reports maintenance issues.
• Serves as the face of NDCP to customers.
• Trains/leverages a Delivery Assistant when applicable.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

1. Operates a tractor trailer truck that transports product to and from specified destinations. 2. Conduct a proper pre-trip inspection to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate.3. Ensures delivery-related paperwork is in order before departing the Distribution Center or transportation hub.4. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of products.5. Unloads cargo and delivers via a two-wheeler hand truck and/or pallet jack in a safe manner into store locations.6. Scans all product labels during store deliveries, and reports all orders with shorts or damages.7. Maintains proper logs of travel and product according to Federal, State and DOT regulations.8. Maintains contact with NDCP’s Member Services team to communicate any problems or delaywith deliveries.9. Ensures the cleanliness and presentation of the interior of the truck cab, as well as the removal of delivery-related trash at the store and production kitchen (i.e., shrink wrap, cardboard, crates and pallets).10. Conduct a proper post-trip inspection to ensure equipment is in good working order to minimize delays the following day. Reports any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues to the distribution center.11. Serves as the face of NDCP and the main point of contact between the distribution center and the customer.12. Trains and leverages a Delivery Assistant, as applicable, to ensure the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of product to customer, as well as to assist in the safe maneuvering of the truck entering, exiting and parking at delivery locations.

Supervision Exercised No direct supervisory responsibilities but may direct a Delivery Assistant assigned to the route.

Qualifications

Qualifications you bring:

1.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

2. Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record. 6-month driving experience minimum, 1 year desired

3. Possess a current DOT Medical Certification Card and successfully pass DOT pre-employmentrequirements4. Dependable attendance and a great customer service attitude 6. IF APPLICABLE - Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission7. Ability to operate a lift gate and refrigeration unit
