Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is hiring a CDL Driver- Class A in Georgia. The role pays $22.00-$23.00 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and benefits starting on day one. Located at 3965 E. Conley Rd, Conley, GA, this position supports on-time delivery of glass products.

You will drive, load/unload, and manage delivery documentation while maintaining DOT compliance. A clean driving record and ability to meet physical demands are required.

Qualifications

• CDL license and clean driving record required.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug testing, and background checks.
• Physically capable of frequent lifting and movement.
• Mon–Fri schedule with variable hours; prior experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A truck to transport glass products to destinations.
• Distribute invoices and delivery tickets for completed loads.
• Maintain truck log per state and federal regulations.
• Maintain radio contact with supervisor for instructions.
• Load and unload glass freight from delivery truck.
• Inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
• Ensure DOT compliance and Hours of Service tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Personable, Energetic, Safety-focused CDL driver with a clean driving record and a proven ability to navigate diverse routes and consistently delivers product on time.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive truck with capacity of more than 3 tons, to transport glass products to and from specified destinations
• Distributed invoices and delivery tickets for completed load drop-offs.
• Maintain truck log. According to state and federal regulations
• Maintain telephone and/or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions
• Load glass freight and unload delivery truck
• Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water
• Ensured DOT compliance, legal certifications, and Hours of Service (HOS) tracking in accordance with SAMSARA regulations.

Skills You Bring

• Must be CDL licensed, must pass Driver’s Testing, must pass DOT Physical/ Drug Testing and Background Testing
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to perform physical duties such as frequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, etc.
• Must be able to occasionally work in environments with moving mechanical parts, precious places, and outside weather conditions
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
