365 Freight USA in Scranton, PA, invites recent CDL school graduates with a Class A license to join a paid mentor program. You start with one-on-one instruction, then move to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet, hauling no-touch dry van freight.

Earn $850 per week during mentor training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week once fully transitioned. Company offers benefits, pay, and rider policies.
