365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL graduates for a paid mentor-led regional driving program in Syracuse, NY. You’ll start with one-on-one mentor instruction before earning your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

You’ll haul no-touch dry van freight, with weekly or biweekly home time. Training pay is $850 per week, followed by projected weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800 once mentors are complete; company offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduated from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours of training.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsabilités
