365 Freight USA is seeking a CDL-A graduate for a paid mentor-led start in Allentown, PA, with an Eastern Regional driving assignment. You will begin with one-on-one instruction before taking a solo truck in the regional fleet.

Training pay is $850 per week, followed by expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week. The role emphasizes no-touch freight, weekly pay, and strong support from dispatch, with comprehensive medical and retirement benefits available from day one.

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training.You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.Training pay is $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800 or more per week. Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet.
