365 Freight USA is hiring new CDL graduates for a paid mentorship program that leads to a regional driving career. You will start with guidance from a mentor and move to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

The position offers weekly compensation during training, a path to solo earnings, and a comprehensive benefits package on day one. 365 Freight USA welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record per DOT/FMCSA.
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Participate in paid mentorship before solo driving.
• Progress to a full-time regional driving role with an assigned truck.

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training.
