Job summary

365 Freight USA in Harrisburg, PA is seeking new CDL-A graduates to start a regional driving career. You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction and, after completing the program, transition to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Compensation starts with mentor pay and earnings potential of $1,600–$1,800+ per week after mentoring, with weekly pay continues and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school with 120 hours of CDL training.
• Valid Class A CDL and a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Begin with paid mentor instruction before transitioning to solo driving.
• Drive an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet in the Harrisburg area.
• Operate safely and comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
