Job summary

Roehl Transport in Marshfield, WI seeks an Orientation Instructor to train the next generation of professional drivers. You will leverage your Class A CDL experience to teach classes and guide students toward successful road tests, while enjoying a schedule that keeps you home nightly.

We value empathy, clear communication, and strong listening skills as you mentor new drivers through Roehl’s safety-focused curriculum. A valid CDL and 2+ years of driving are required to qualify for this role.

You will take each of your classes through training to successfully complete a road test. The work you do supports the success of our future drivers and the company.

The Experience

This position requires that you hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least two (2) years of experience operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle.
