Job summary

Sammons Industrial is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to represent SitePro Rentals, delivering heavy equipment across West Texas. You will prioritize safety, professionalism, and outstanding customer service on every stop.

Load, secure, and inspect equipment before trips; keep accurate paperwork; maintain a clean truck and trailer; respond to on-call rotations as needed. West Texas routes may include long hauls and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment; training available for the right candidate.
• Strong focus on safety, clear communication, and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work overtime (roughly 45–55 hours per week), and participate in an on-call rotation every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport heavy equipment using a haul truck and trailer across West Texas while following DOT and company safety standards.
• Load, unload, inspect, and secure equipment before each trip; complete inspections and paperwork; keep vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Deliver equipment to customer jobsites; explain safe operation and provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and participate in safety training and meetings.

As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll be the face of SitePro on every delivery. You'll transport heavy equipment safely across West Texas, ensuring our customers receive the equipment they need, when they need it. Your commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service helps keep jobsites productive and strengthens the trust our customers place in our team every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport heavy equipment using a full-size haul truck and trailer throughout West Texas while following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Load, unload, inspect, and secure equipment before every trip, complete required inspections and paperwork, and maintain a clean, well-kept truck and trailer.
• Deliver equipment to customer jobsites, explain safe equipment operation when needed, and provide outstanding customer service on every stop.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and support a strong culture of safety by participating in training, safety meetings, and occasional on-call rotations.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience and a safe driving record.
• Experience loading and unloading equipment—whether construction, industrial, agricultural, or other heavy hauling. Equipment hauling experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong attention to safety, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work overtime as needed (typically 45–55 hours per week), and participate in an every-other-weekend on-call rotation when scheduled.
