Sammons Industrial is an employee-owned family of businesses. We seek a CDL Class A Driver to be the face of SitePro on every delivery across West Texas, transporting heavy equipment safely and serving customers with professionalism.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and flexibility for 45–55 hour weeks with occasional on-call weekends. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k), tuition support, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years driving and a clean record.
• Experience loading/unloading heavy equipment; hauling preferred, trainable.
• Strong safety focus, clear communication, customer-first attitude.
• Must lift 75 lbs, overtime 45–55 hrs/week, alternating on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment across West Texas following DOT and company safety standards.
• Load, unload, inspect, and secure equipment; complete inspections and paperwork.
• Deliver equipment to job sites, explain safe operation, provide outstanding service.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and participate in safety trainings and on-call rotations.
