Clean Harbors in LaPorte, TX is seeking a Class A CDL Driver - Hazmat / Tanker to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at our customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers and roll offs. This role handles driving and non-driving duties on and off sites for hazardous waste clean-up.

Travel / On Call / Emergency Response: two-week paid Academy training with expenses covered by the company. Competitive pay: $25.00-$27.00 hourly, with benefits after 30 days and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Compliance with respirator facial hair standards as per OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks on customer sites and assist field laborers as needed.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks including vacuum, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs.
• Load and unload trucks; perform site labor as required.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and reports.
• Ensure proper placarding and compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating schedule.
