Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cleveland is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. You will perform driving and non-driving duties on and off sites in support of hazardous waste clean-up.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
• Ability to use various mobile devices
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Background check, drug test and medical exam may be required, by position
• Facial hair standards per OSHA respiratory protection requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform manual labor on site to meet customer needs
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and reports
• Ensure proper placarding to meet DOT requirements
• Comply with all safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Support on-call emergency responses and site remediation activities
