N C Machinery in Tukwila, Washington seeks a safety-focused CDL-A Truck Driver responsible for preparing equipment, loading it, and returning it from customer sites to our rental yards. You will train customers on safe equipment use while ensuring compliance with DOT guidelines.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer communication, with advancement opportunities within our long-standing company. The hourly wage ranges from $33.05 to $40.35 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A license and a valid CHD? (no).
• Educational requirement: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: minimum four years driving preferred or completion of a Truck Driver Training School with relevant experience.
• Safety-focused with a track record of responsible vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and/or instruction on safe use of equipment.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT guidelines, rules and regulations.
• Communicate and cooperate with customers; respond to questions; operate delivery vehicle safely.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment delivery and rental industry preferred; identify repair/maintenance needs.
