Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a safety-oriented Class A CDL Truck Driver for Tukwila, WA. You will prepare equipment, load it, and deliver/return from customer sites to our rental yards, ensuring safe operation and DOT compliance.

Training customers on safe equipment use is included, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role requires at least two years of driving experience or a Truck Driver training school completion, a high school diploma or GED, and no major violations in 3 years.

Qualifications

• A CDL- Class A is required.
• Air brake endorsement is required.
• Experience driving a manual truck.
• At least two years driving experience or completion of a Truck Driver training school.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to safety.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, alcohol related violations or other moving violations in the past 3 years.
• A High School or G.E.D. is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, load it and return it from customer sites to rental yards.
• Provide training and/or instructional direction on the safe use of the equipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with customers and safely operate delivery vehicle in DOT compliance.
• Identify the need for repairs and coordinate maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
