Class A CDL Dedicated Driver | $1,672/Wk Avg + Up to $320 Load Unload Pay

Looking for strong weekly earnings running dedicated regional dry van routes? We are onboarding solo drivers to run steady 6-day dispatches with guaranteed weekly home resets.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,672 gross average ($86,962 annualized target)
• Top 10% Weekly Pay: Up to $2,020 gross per week ($105,023 annualized target)
• Mileage Pay Scale: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM based on experience
• Unload Pay: $320 per load (~3 loads per week using store roller conveyors)
• Bonus Incentives: Eligible for up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus
• Work Schedule & Time Off: 6-day driving rotation (Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday) with a full 34-hour weekly rest window over the weekend.
• Equipment Parking: Take truck home if living outside terminal range (requires secure location) or park at local terminal

Qualifications & Hiring Criteria

• Driving Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months (experienced drivers undergo 3-load mentorship at $175/day).
• Credentials & Fitness: Active CDL-A, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability to handle manual offloading with roller systems.
• Vetting Standards: Clean MVR, solid safety record, and mandatory clearance of pre-hire DOT urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
