Compensation, Schedule & Requirements:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,672 average gross ($86,962 yearly average), with top earners hitting $2,020 weekly ($105,023 yearly)
• Pay Perks: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM mileage pay + $320 per-load unload fee + up to $2,000 seasonal retention bonus
• Work Schedule: 3 multi-stop loads weekly (averaging 3 stops per load) on a Sun-Fri or Mon-Sat rotation
• Mentorship Pay: 5-day mentor onboarding at $175 per day for new account drivers
• CDL-A Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving history over the past 6 months.
• License & Fitness: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roller-assisted unloading.
• Background Checks: Clean MVR and background; must clear standard pre-employment DOT urine and hair screenings.
