Qualifications

• Fitness for box-by-box roller offloading and high customer service standards; ready to pack 2 weeks of provisions.
• Clear MVR, clean background, and successful pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3+ loads per week with 1–6 stops per load.
• 100% driver touch offloading using roller ramps.
• Onboarding includes 1-week ride-along orientation with pay and up to 4 weeks paid time off.

Want strong weekly pay without being stuck on the road for weeks? This dedicated regional account gets you home 3 to 4 times every week (typically every other day for 10-hour breaks) while delivering steady regional freight using roller conveyors.

Pay Breakdown & Bonuses:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,750 average gross ($89,000 yearly average; top performers reach $2,000/week)
• All-In Pay Rate: Up to $1.44 per mile (combines base CPM + accessorial pay)
• Base CPM: $0.77 to $0.80 CPM based on experience
• Extra Pay Perks: $265 per full trailer offload + $15 stop pay + $35 backhaul pay + $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• Sign-On Incentive: $2,500 total bonus ($250 after 1st load, staged payouts through 180 days)

Schedule & Operations:

• Home Time Cadence: Home 3–4 times per week for 10-hour breaks
• Workload: 3+ loads per week (1–6 stops per load); ~1,100 average weekly miles
• Freight & Offload: 100% driver touch (box-by-box unloading using roller ramps)
• Onboarding & Vacation: Paid 1-week ride-along orientation ($150/day) + up to 4 weeks paid time off

Driver Qualifications & Standards:

• License & Experience: Active CDL-A credential, current DOT Medical Certificate, and a minimum of 90 days verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the trailing 6 months (Double Endorsement preferred, not required).
• Physicality & Preparation: Fitness to manage box-by-box roller offloading, high customer service standards, and readiness to pack 2 weeks of provisions for orientation.
• Safety & Background: Clear MVR standing, solid background history, and passing pre-employment DOT drug screens.
