The Opportunity:Join a dedicated regional fleet running high-volume dry van freight. Earn top-tier CPM pay plus lucrative load unload bonuses while enjoying guaranteed weekly weekend home resets.

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,672 per week
• Top Weekly Gross: $2,020 per week
• CPM Scale: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM
• Additional Compensation: $320/load unload pay + 5-day mentorship pay ($175/day)
• Weekly Distance: ~1,004 average miles per week
• Cargo Handling: 100% dry freight; store unloading using gravity roller systems

Driver Qualifications:

• Commercial Background: 3 months minimum of verifiable Class A CDL history over the last 6 months.
• Certifications & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability for manual offloading.
• Safety Verification: Clear background check and MVR; must pass DOT urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
