Job description

Join a dedicated regional account covering Texas, Oklahoma and surrounding states. Earn an average of $1,700 to $2,100 per week with top performers reaching $108,631 annually. Home weekly with a 34-hour reset.

The Job

This is a driver unload account. Drivers are required to hand unload all dry freight using gravity rollers. Each load averages 2 to 6 stops with 2 to 3 loads per week. New drivers will complete a paid training period of approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks riding with a mentor before being assigned their own truck and starting full CPM and unload pay.

The Numbers

• Average weekly pay: $1,700 to $2,100
• $0.62 to $0.68 per mile
• Average 1,600 to 1,700 miles per week
• Unload pay: $320 per load, average 3 loads per week
• $200 per day during paid training period
• Weekly pay via direct deposit or Comdata

The Route

• 75% of freight delivers in Texas and Oklahoma
• 25% in surrounding states — Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
• 2 to 3 loads per week with 2 to 6 stops per load
• Home weekly with 34-hour reset
• Dry van freight
• Freightliner Cascadia or Western Star, automatic transmission
• Average truck age: 18 months
• Truck permanently assigned to driver
• APU on most trucks

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (40ft or longer)
• No more than 2 jobs in the past year
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• No felony convictions in the past 7 years
• No terminations from last 2 driving jobs
• Must pass hair follicle drug screening
