Responsibilities

• Manage material inventory levels and order tracking to support field crews.
• Repair and maintain shop equipment and small engines to minimize downtime.

• Follow rigorous safety protocols when handling materials up to 100 lbs to prevent incidents.

How You Will Make An Impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Proven knowledge of DOT regulations and concrete construction codes.
• Demonstrated experience in small engine repair and general equipment maintenance.
• Ability to physically perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs and navigating active construction sites.
• Willingness to travel to various work locations and operate in diverse weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Active operator certifications for specialized equipment such as Bobcat, skid-loader, or Boom Crane.
• Previous experience managing inventory records and physical count reconciliations in a construction environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
