Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and personnel skill.
• Perform team member evaluations based on company schedule.
• Manage and develop shop team members and ensure policies are followed.
• Open and close repair orders as needed; assign work to shop team members.
• Order inventory for shop and stock small parts room; perform repairs on Class 8 equipment.
• Inspect, test, and measure completed work to verify conformance to standards.
