Zeeco seeks an experienced Class 1 Welder / Fabricator / Plater to join its manufacturing team. You will fabricate high-quality products such as flare tips, burners, skids, and pressure vessels from detailed drawings, working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys.

You will plan fabrication activities, prepare materials, and support welding operations to meet ASME IX and ISO 15614 standards while ensuring safety and delivery schedules.

Qualificações

• Class 1 welder/fabricator/plater, pass Class 1 TIG fillet weld test.
• Fabrication and plating experience in Oil & Gas, Pressure Vessel, Pipefitting, Heavy Engineering, or similar industries.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys.
• Knowledge of fabrication and welding preparation processes.
• Understanding of welding standards and procedures, including WPS.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret isometric and engineering drawings to manufacture fabricated components.
• Fabricate parts accurately and efficiently from detailed technical drawings.
• Work confidently with both imperial and metric measurements.
• Prepare materials and components for welding through cutting, sawing, drilling, grinding, pipe bending, and threading operations.
• Support and perform Class 1 / ISO 3834 fabrication and welding activities.
• Read, understand, and work to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Produce welded joints including fillet, lap, corner, and butt welds per ASME IX and ISO 15614.
• Plan fabrication sequences and determine priorities to maintain workflow and delivery schedules.
• Maintain high workmanship, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure on-time project delivery.
