Job summary

Zeeco is hiring a Class B Fitter/Welder in an on-site Oklahoma location. You will fit-up and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies per WPS, maintain equipment, and work within a safety-focused team to meet post-weld testing criteria.

Applicants should have 5+ years of welding experience, proficiency in welding processes, and strong reading of blueprints and weld symbols. The role requires adherence to codes and safety procedures in a petrochemical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related welding experience.
• Must pass 3G Mig/Fluxcore - 3/4" plate test.
• Must pass 1GR all Tig pipe test - 2" schedule 80 pipe.
• Must pass written fitter test.
• Experience with set up, layout, blueprint reading, weld symbols, and joint configuration.

Responsibilities

• Fit-up and weld carbon steel and stainless steel assemblies per Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and work instructions.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and supplies in safe working order.
• Function effectively in a team-based environment and uphold HSE compliance, including PPE usage.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols to ensure correct joint configuration and tolerances.
