Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a Night Shift Lead (Welding / Fabrication) to supervise and perform on-night production tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role focuses on welding and fabrication of burners, flares, incinerators and related components.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with welding experience and prior lead or informal supervisory exposure; reading blueprints and welding symbols; strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with welding.
• Experience leading a night shift or on-floor supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred, ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift fabrication and welding of burners and components.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and resolve on-floor issues to meet schedules.
• Ensure work compliance with drawings and welding procedures.
• Promote HSE, PPE usage, and safety policies.
• Mentor and onboard new employees; support training.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.
