Job Description

New England Sheets has an exciting opportunity for experienced 2nd Shift Clamp Lift Operators at our Devens, MA facility. The starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus a shift differential of $1.25 per hour for 2nd shift.

As a Clamp Lift Operator, your responsibilities include operating the clamp truck safely and efficiently to unload incoming rolls, moving rolls to/from the corrugator for production, accurately tagging all new rolls/goods with proper identification and bar codes, and performing/documenting daily inspections of the clamp lift truck.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Proven track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
• Ability to interact positively with teammates as a mature professional.
• Willingness to work effectively in a team environment and handle any task necessary for team success.
• Enthusiasm for maintaining a safety-first work environment.
• Adherence to all safety and company policies, with immediate reporting of issues or incidents.
• Completion of online safety training each month as assigned.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
