Your Growth Path

Bell Captain or Guest Service Agent – Concierge or Guest Services Manager – AGM or General Manager

Your Focus

1. Load and unload luggage carts.
2. Tag and store luggage.
3. Escort guests to hotel rooms.
4. Provide an overview of guest rooms, hotel services, and amenities.
5. Make deliveries to guest rooms.
6. Assist guests with room changes.
7. Stock pantry when necessary.
8. Maintain lists/brochures of local attractions and transportation guides.
9. Perform house attendant functions during staff shortages.
10. Work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores.
11. Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
12. Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards.
13. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

1. High School diploma preferred.
2. Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.

Work Environment and Context

1. Work schedule may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
2. Requires standing for long periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching.
