Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to develop and deliver claims training that raises performance and aligns with NSS strategic goals. You will coordinate staff education, manuals, and materials under the Claims Director.

This role also helps orient and integrate new hires in the Claims Department, leveraging multimedia training resources and MS Office tools to enhance learning experiences and improve department results across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years experience with in-depth knowledge of claims operations, HMO products, and managed care processes.
• Proficiency with multimedia training resources and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in designing, developing, and facilitating educational programs; computer-based learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a robust claims training program to raise quality and production.
• Coordinate, plan, prepare, schedule, deliver, and evaluate staff education, manuals, and materials.
• Assist with orientation, education, and integration of new Claims Department employees.
