Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned daily claims support activities timely and accurately per Markel Service Standards.
• Set up first notices of loss according to guidelines and route documents.
• Maintain understanding of service standards, guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Look for ways to improve efficiencies and minimize processing and workflow issues.
• Share information with team and management.
• Work effectively in a team environment, including projects and testing initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support evolving department and business needs.
