Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead for Auto, Property Damage and Bodily Injury to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, monitor workloads, and provide guidance on claims adjudication. You will ensure quality review, maintain client relationships, and support continuous process improvement while ensuring staff licensing and compliance.

The role requires six years of claims experience with at least two in supervision, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years claims supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical operations staff.
• Monitors workloads and provides training and direction on claims adjudication.
• Performs quality review to ensure audit, contract and quality standards compliance.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates claim status and recommendations.
• Ensures licensing compliance for direct reports and proper documentation in files.
• Supports quality programs and process improvements.
