Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and ensures adherence to procedures.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction on examiner reports and claim adjudication.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and claims beyond examiner authority.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates claim status to clients.
• Ensures reporters are properly licensed in serviced jurisdictions.
• Supports quality program(s) and performs other duties as assigned.
