Qualifications

• Customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication.
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls on customer service and FROI lines.
• Provide friendly, professional support to providers, insureds, and injured workers.
• Accurately enter First Reports of Injury during calls.
• Resolve claim‑related questions or route for quick resolution.
• Support Claims Operations and the team.
• Process inbound emails, faxes, and mail for the Claims Department.
• Index and manage documents in imaging software.
• Support document processing, reports, portals, and requests.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks.
