Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review claim forms, medical records, and related documents for required information.
• Enter new claim data into the claims system and maintain files.
• Prepare letters and forms for claims adjusters.
• Scan and route incoming claim documents and mail.
• Process authorized claim-related expenses and payments.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Handle calls to support claim activity and assist the team.
• Monitor work for accuracy and timely processing.
• Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up.
