Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Claims Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the claims team in Florence, Alabama. This role reviews claim forms and documents, enters data, prepares correspondence, and supports claim processing to keep files accurate and organized.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the insurance and claims process. Prior claims experience is helpful but not required; on-site collaboration is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review claim forms, medical records, and related documents for required information.
• Enter new claim data and maintain accurate electronic claim files.
• Prepare letters, forms, and other correspondence for claims adjusters.
• Scan, organize, and route incoming claim documents and daily mail.
