Acrisure is seeking a Claims Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the claims team in St. Louis, MO. This role supports the processing of insurance claims by reviewing documents for required information, entering and maintaining claim data, preparing correspondence, processing authorized expenses, and helping ensure claim files remain accurate and organized. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building experience within the insurance and claims industry. Previous claims experience is beneficial but not required. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with detailed information, managing multiple priorities, and supporting claims professionals in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in insurance, business, administration, or a related field beneficial.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
