Responsibilities

• Complete daily claims support activities timely and accurately per Markel standards.
• Answer claims phone line and take new reports compassionately and professionally.
• Format correspondence and maintain service standards and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce workflow issues.
• Collaborate in a team environment on projects and testing initiatives.
• Support evolving department and business needs.
