Claims Support Representative

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Remote Option: Open to candidates located in the CST time zone

Duration: 6 Month Contract with potential extension

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour W2

Overview We are seeking a Claims Support Representative to join a growing insurance team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and administrative experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment supporting claims operations. The team is particularly interested in candidates with insurance industry experience and exposure to ClaimsCenter or Guidewire.

Responsibilities

• Process claims-related transactions and supporting documentation
• Prepare correspondence and communicate with customers, claimants, agents, and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the insurance industry
• Claims support, claims processing, claims coordinator, or claims assistant experience preferred
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter strongly preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
