Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in the United States is seeking an experienced claims leader to supervise a Workers' Compensation team. You will manage a diverse caseload, hire and train staff, and ensure high-quality service across remote-capable operations.

The role requires 10+ years in claims, proper licensing for handling claims in relevant states, and a strong focus on teamwork and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Overview

• Claims Background: Candidates should have prior adjusting experience handling workers compensation claims.
• Prior leadership experience: Minimum of 2 years prior leadership/people management experience in a claims environment required.
• Jurisdictional experience: Must have Texas claims handling experience. Additional experience in AZ, OK, CO, and/or UT would be a plus.
• Licenses: TX, OK, and/or UT
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

About You

Required Qualifications:
