Key Responsibilities

• Maximize Recoveries : Analyze claimsevaluating facts, evidence, liability, and damagesto secure outstanding recoveries.
• Negotiate with Impact : Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage subrogation efforts for fast, cost-effective results.
• Strategic Vendor Leadership : Identify, assign, and oversee vendor resources to enhance our recovery initiatives.
• Data-Driven Reporting : Monitor performance, create actionable reports, and share insights that elevate the entire team.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with adjusters, customers, partners, and management to provide subrogation education, and achieve successful recoveries.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3+ years of subrogation / recovery expertise across multiple jurisdictions.
• Education : Preferred college degree and insurance designations (AIC, CPCU, etc.).
• Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Word and Excel with stellar analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Communication : Outstanding verbal and written skills, with proven success in a remote work environment.
• Remote Excellence : Enjoy the flexibility of working from your dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
• Structured Schedule : Standard 40-hour workweek (MondayFriday) with potential work beyond standard hours during peak periods.
• Physical Readiness : Dexterity for computer operations and occasional travel for training and meetings.
