Job summary

Construction Partners, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a motivated Claims Administrator to independently manage and analyze auto liability, auto physical damage and subrogation claims.

The role collaborates with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders in a busy in-office setting. The successful candidate will investigate incidents, gather documents, and maintain claim records while using MS Office and claims-management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of claims, insurance, risk management, legal, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn claims-management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain accurate claim records.
• Analyze claim and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the Vice President of Risk.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
