Job summary

Construction Partners, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a motivated Claims Administrator to join its Risk Department to help administer auto liability, auto physical damage and related subrogation claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, risk, or related field.
• 1+ year of claims, insurance, risk management, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to learn claims-management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain accurate claim records.
• Analyze claim and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the Vice President of Risk.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
