Claggett-and-Sykes-Law-Fir is seeking a Pre-Litigation Settlement Coordinator in Utah. You’ll work closely with attorneys to manage client communications, prepare demand packages, gather medical records, and ensure timely settlement disbursements as cases move toward resolution.

A Day in the Life:

You will be working closely with the attorney assisting in the management of your clients’ personal injury claims from beginning to end. You will send correspondence, prepare demand packages, and send other communication to adjusters at the direction of the attorney. You will make sure we have a complete case file by gathering all medical records and other documents needed to assist the attorneys in negotiating the case. You will return client emails, text messages and phone calls throughout the day.
