Job summary

Farmers Alliance Companies is seeking a Claims Services Specialist to serve as an experienced contributor within Centralized Business Services. You will manage complex claims transactions, oversee enterprise mail operations, and ensure accurate document management.

You will resolve escalated issues, support customers and teammates, and look for workflow improvements while maintaining quality and compliance across all processes.

Summary

Specialist-level positions serve as experienced contributors within Centralized Business Services. Employees at this level independently manage complex transactions and service activities, apply advanced functional knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and support customers, agents, and business partners. Specialists exercise sound judgment, serve as a resource to team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while continuing to expand their expertise within CBS.

Claims Services Specialist

provides experienced expertise in claims services, enterprise mail operations, and document management while ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process complex claims service transactions and service requests.
  • Coordinate enterprise mail operations and document management activities.

  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
