Randstad USA is seeking a frontline customer service professional for a premier property and casualty insurer in Worcester, MA. You will handle first notices of loss via phone and electronic channels, use scripts, document details, and coordinate rental car reservations, appraisals, and water mitigation.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer-facing experience, strong computer and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
