Job summary

Randstad USA in Worcester, MA is seeking an Insurance Service Rep for a hybrid, office-based position. You will support agents and policyholders by phone and email, issue certificates of insurance, and manage servicing tasks with established SLAs.

Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule during a 6–7 week period, followed by a hybrid work setup and opportunities for career advancement within Randstad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Comfortable navigating PCs and standard business software, and able to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, quality service by responding to customer requests from a variety of sources and handle calls & email from policyholders, agents, peers or others.
• Make outbound callouts for New Business, Renewal and Customer Satisfaction calls, and complete a large volume of Certificate of Insurance Requests, and handle indexing several CSC Outlook mailboxes.
• Other areas of focus could include, First Party Collections calls/emails, Returned Mail calls/email requests and incoming Voice emails.
• May answer telephone inquiries from Commercial lines policy owners and Agents for certificate requests.
• Complete certificate of insurance and ID card requests within service level expectations.
• All our calls are recorded for Quality purposes, Call and Certificate Quality is reviewed monthly.

INSURANCE SERVICE REP - HYBRID IN WORCESTER, MA

A nationally industry-leading Property & Casualty insurance company that's been honored as One of America's Top Employers (Forbes) and a Best Place to Work (Business Insurance) is seeking bright, motivated people for a Commercial Lines Service Representative position. This is a stable, hybrid role based out of Worcester, MA.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customercontact and for providing timely, quality service to Agents, commercial policy holders, and vendors primarily by phone and email. This includes handling incoming/outbound phone calls, issuing certificates of insurance, and other policy servicing items.

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour.

Shift:

• Training: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST (first 6-7 weeks)
• After training: Monday – Friday, working between 8:30pm-7:00pm EST.
