Randstad USA in Worcester, MA is seeking an Insurance Service Rep for a hybrid, office-based position. You will support agents and policyholders by phone and email, issue certificates of insurance, and manage servicing tasks with established SLAs.
Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule during a 6–7 week period, followed by a hybrid work setup and opportunities for career advancement within Randstad.

This is a stable, hybrid role based out of Worcester, MA.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customercontact and for providing timely, quality service to Agents, commercial policy holders, and vendors primarily by phone and email. This includes handling incoming/outbound phone calls, issuing certificates of insurance, and other policy servicing items.
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour.
