A day in the life

As a Claims Service Representative on the Claims team, you will support operations related to employee benefits claims. Your responsibilities include gathering claim information, assisting clients and members with inquiries, updating claim statuses, and collaborating with Claims Consultants to resolve issues, ensuring excellent service and strong relationships.

We seek candidates with:

• Knowledge of software systems, including Outlook
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Effective time management and workload prioritization
• Customer service or claims inquiry experience
• Attention to detail and data integrity

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related field
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Insurance industry experience
• Life & Health license or ability to obtain
