Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
- Assist clients through the claims process to help them return to normalcy after a loss.
- Work with policyholders, physicians, attorneys, contractors, and others to ensure claims are resolved promptly, fairly, and courteously.
- Explain policy coverage to policyholders and third parties.
- Conduct thorough investigations and document facts related to claims.
- Determine the value of damaged items or accurately pay medical and wage loss benefits.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
- Resolve claims by paying, settling, denying claims, defending policyholders in court, or recovering outstanding dollars.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a four-year degree.
- Experience in a customer service role in industries such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, automotive dealerships, vehicle rental, sales, or similar fields.
- Ability to make confident decisions based on available information.
- Strong analytical, computer, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $63,800 - $78,000, varying based on job-related factors and individual experience.
