ICW Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to provide basic financial, payment, and administrative support to the claims department. The role focuses on processing checks, maintaining accuracy, and enabling efficient claim handling.

With a foundation in business or accounting, you will collaborate across teams, review payments, and help ensure timely processing. The position is hybrid with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming, outgoing, and return checks.
• Provide administrative support to claims department including mailing checks.
• Review incoming checks to determine appropriate department.
• Identify payment type and coordinate with examiner to apply to claim.
• Coordinate with accounting to confirm deposit of each check.
