Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of professional experience relevant to claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction for a team of claims operations employees.
• Review and approve claims, monitor workflows to meet service levels and accuracy.
• Support reporting, reconciliation, and daily operational metrics.
• Mentor staff and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Make day-to-day decisions within given guidelines and adjust workflows as needed.
