Job summary

Medica is seeking a Supervisor, Claims Operations to lead a team responsible for the timely and accurate adjudication of medical claims across multiple lines of business. You will assign work, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure operational standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of relevant professional experience.
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
