Job summary

Medica is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of technical solutions across Software Engineering Claims and Product Delivery teams. You will manage workflows, remove impediments, and align technical strategy with business goals.

You will mentor leads, drive agile practices, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder collaboration. Office-based in Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI with 3 days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of work experience in technical roles
• 3+ years of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or managing technical staff, including performance guidance, workload prioritization, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Claims Delivery Director in overseeing and coordinating the efforts of primary Claims Product Family delivery teams.
• Using strong technical background provide recommendations, triage technical issues, and lead technical forum for ideas to resolve technical problems.
• Lead and coordinate agile scrum team delivery across Claims Product Family development and testing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Mentor technical leads, promote adherence to technical best practices, and support KPI metrics reporting.
• Resolve escalated cross-team technical issues involving IT, Business Stakeholders, and Operations teams.
• Communicate with key business partners, managing expectations to ensure alignment and timelines.
• Attend Agile/SAFe ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure PI commitments; manage time tracking and IT budgets.
